Our Programs

2010 Class Schedules

Classes offered at Euro Stars Gymnastics are based on progressive skill building techniques. Advancement to higher levels can be attained when a student demonstrates they have mastered the skills at their current level and are ready to learn and develop more advanced skills. At certain intervals of time, usually at the end of a session, we require the student to take a skills test. This will allow our coaches to determine if your child is ready to advance to the next level of training. Students can progress at their own pace and we encourage them to work hard and set goals. All recommendations for placement are based on the coach's evaluation. All final decisions on placement are at the discretion of the Program Directors.

Girls and Boys Developmental

This program offers a variety of fun activities for children ages 5 years old and up. We follow guidelines set by USA Gymnastics of which we hold a membership. We abide by the rules and regulations the organization has set forth. USA Gymnastics has developed standards to help determine the skill level at which a gymnast should be participating, correlating to individual skills the child has acquired. Through the program, a child also builds self-esteem, concentration, rhythm, and flexibility to name a few. We provide the essential tools and instructors to make the dream possible.

Tot & Preschool (Boys & Girls ages 2-6)

We introduce children to the world of gymnastics by exploring area such as physical fitness, coordination, self-awareness and creative movement. Children in this age group are at an impressionable age and want to learn to play and have fun. We can provide the environment and fun activities while they learn basic skills in gymnastics.

Girls and Boys Team

We have competitive girls teams, USAG Level 5-10. We also have competitive boys teams, USAG Level 4-10. Competition season begins in October and goes through May. We have an active Parent Booster Club to support our competitive team.

Girls Pre-Team

We offer a pre-team program for girls to develop competitive gymnastics skills. Pre-team gymnasts participate in fun meet competitions throughout the season. Our girls pre-team is USAG Level 3 - Pre-5.

Tumbling for Cheerleading

Classes emphasize: stretching/conditioning, tumbling skills (cartwheel, round-off, back-handspring, standing back-tuck, round-off/back-handspring, round-off/back-handspring/back-tuck, layout), and jumps (toe-touch, herky).
